For additional details about whole and half cow purchases, please contact the farm directly. This cart item is for the deposit to reserve your animal. The cost of the deposit is applied to the overall total which is due at pickup. 

Only pay for what you eat! We charge a price per pound on your take-home weight only. This means you do not pay for any loss while your beef is cut and packaged (which could be up to 40% loss from its hanging weight!).

This option is great for families (2-3 people) and is our most frugal option for customers searching for high-quality, clean beef. Expect to use 12-14 cubic feet of freezer space when ordering this option. You can expect 200-250lbs of beef depending on each animal. 

Continuous Pasture - Our cattle are grass-fed and finished on a mix of grass and plant-based grains. Always with 100% access to pasture, our animals are free to roam and forage in addition to their grain supplement.

Customized - Everything is fully customized to your preference. We will work with you to select which cuts you want with options to include any bone, suet, or offal.

Availability - Half and Whole orders are available year round. Expect a 60 to 90 day lead time from order to pickup so we may select your animal and ensure optimal finish.

Pricing -

• $12.55/lb applied to your take-home weight at time of pickup. You will be provided with an itemized receipt totaling your beef take-home weight and remaining payment due based on said weight. 
• Comparative to a $7.67/lb hanging weight or rail weight

After placing your order, a farm representative will reach out to discuss your optimal pickup time and begin the process of selecting the cuts for your animal with you. Once these terms have been agreed and emailed between parties, we will collect your deposit and keep you informed on the status of your order!
