Quarter Cow

Enjoy ~100 pounds of beef. We select a portion of each standard beef cut equivalent to a quarter of a whole cow yield:

Roasts and Ground Beef 

• 10-12 lbs    Various Roasts - Eye, Chuck, London Broil, etc
• 4-5 lbs    Short Rib
• 1 Count    Split Brisket
• ~10 lbs    Stew Meat, Cube Steak, Steak Tips and Fajita Meat
• 40 lbs    Ground Beef
• 10 lbs    Pre-Made Burger Patties

Quarter cow may require some lead time. We will reach out if fulfillment date selected online is unavailable.
