Our take on the classic Alpine cheese, this Swiss is mild yet full of character, with tiny eyes and a smooth, elastic texture. Aged on wooden boards in our creamery to develop its signature flavor—never rubbery, always real.

Perfect for: Melting, munching, or stacking sky-high on a deli-style sandwich.

Each package is 5-8oz. Since these cheeses are hand-cut, weights are not exact and vary by slice.
