Brisket is well-marbled with lots of fat, which helps keep it moist and flavorful. Cook brisket low and slow, often for several hours, and achieve a melt-in-your-mouth texture. BBQ season be ready. We currently only offer split brisket for shipping. 

Hint - trim the excess fat and render down for your own beef tallow!
